Best ice cream in Bonn. Many handmade delicious flavors to choose from as well as a few cakes etc. always worth the wait.

Very tasty ice cream!

Really nice ice cream parlour. The ices are among the best in Bonn and the coffee is also very good. I don't rate it with 5 stars because they don't always have chocolate ice - always a disappointment specially when going with small kids.

A taste explosion! The take-away waffle with 1 large scoop costs an expensive € 1.60. On the other hand, the EisLabor took first place in the series of the best ice cream parlors in Germany on Tripadvisor in 2014, and one year later on Expedia it even reached 5th place worldwide. Tahitian vanilla is my favorite here; very different from vanilla ice cream elsewhere. The ice cream flavors change again and again, so you can often try new things. Salty peanut ice cream, for example, was recommended to me. It's unbelievable how you can get such a taste of roasted, salted peanuts in the ice cream, but that wasn't my taste now, because it was just too much of a breach of expectations. In good weather you can sit outside at tables under sun protection in the pedestrian zone. The tables are individually designed, sometimes with chairs, sometimes with a bench - very nice! Inside, on the other hand, I feel a bit uncomfortable, cold furnishings, but you usually only go to an ice cream parlor when the sun is shining.

Of the countless types of ice cream that are complained about in the shop window, unfortunately only a few are actually available. There were even no standard varieties such as straziatella or nut. What was there was the maximum standard in terms of taste.

The ice cream is great BUT we tried the famcy ice cream cakes from the fridge were much too frozen to eat and muh too expensive: 7 euros and they don't show the prices! It is an outrage amd totally not worth it, the mich cheaper ice cream tastes much better because it is less frozen! Don't try the fancy ice cream cakes. What a rip off! But the ice cream is still the best in bonn...

The ball ice cream is just awesome, especially the vanilla ice cream. Expectations are high with the spaghetti ice cream, of course, but to go to-go with 2 pressed scoops of vanilla ice cream with a bit of strawberry sauce (for € 6.20 !!) is just a joke. You were very disappointed.

As always, the staff is friendly and the ice cream is just delicious!

No toilet for guests

The small but fine ice cream parlor is located in the middle of Friedrichstrasse in Bonn. Even if a scoop costs € 1.40 today, the ice cream simply tastes good. Since I'm not too big, I'd rather have a cappuccino first. Price and performance match, the shop is cute so we'd like to give you thumbs up??⚓️

Artisan ice cream, but some types of fruit are not flavorful enough

The ice cream is just delicious! The slightly higher prices compared to a regular ice cream parlor can be a thing of the past due to the very high quality of the taste. I even got a sample of an ice cream on my croissant. I can only recommend the EisLabor.

Very delicious ice cream and the idea with the tasting cup is also very good, because you would like to have all the special ice creams. Because of the price maybe only for special occasions, if you want to treat yourself and take a lot of time to enjoy.

If you don't know the ice cream laboratory in Bonn, you definitely have some catching up to do :) The shop is very nicely decorated. However, it was much cramped and too loud for me. I find the concept of the ice cream / cafe not convincing and would rather order my ice cream to go. Nevertheless, the espresso was really excellent. And the service really attentive. Thank you very much.

Sorbet not worth the hype, doesn’t taste like much

For a single ball, especially when it comes to size, ice is overpriced. However, the ice cream is of high quality. There is a wide variety of ice cream sweets above the standard ice cream. The restaurant itself is very cozy and you feel much more comfortable than in most other ice cream parlors in Bonn. If there is a lot going on, you have to wait a little for your order. The staff is very nice for that.

Fantastic Ice Cream. Passed through the doors here a couple of times while in Bonn. The shop had a great selection of flavours which you are able to test. Flavours change daily. There is seating outside.

I have to say i liked it more than i thought i would. The ice cream was rich and creamier than i expected. Quite a crowd lined up, but that's always a good sign for an ice cream shop.

The ice cream is so tasty that I really enjoy each variety. There is also a tasting cup. The decision to take this one was the right one. Apparently the ice has already won prizes.

The best ice cream shop I experienced a really delicious ice cream. It is also a good idea to try the menu recommended every day.

Very good ice cream, great varieties and above all nice employees. You can sit in there and outside pretty well. Inside there is even an air conditioner which, together with the delicious ice cream, offers something to cool down. We will be back. Until we have tried all varieties :)

I took 2 balls Caramel and Yogurt.. Its yummy really but the scooped e very small for the price 3.20€.. U can find another shop at the end of the same street for 2 Large balls Its cost 2€ and something

Really good ice cream with a nice variety of flavours

There are a few of these in and around Bonn. Very good ice cream and sorbet. Definitely recommend it. Prices are not cheap but worth the quality. 1.40-1.80 for a scoop in waffle cone. Our family favourite.
